In addition to building a good rapport, I believe that it is vital that l express my leadership style by educating, motivating and inspiring my colleagues. I believe that among my greatest strengths as a professional are being able to remain flexible while showing structure and a sense of humour while maintaining an appropriate level of ethical mannerism.
I also believe that exhibiting my positive nature goes a long was to build strong rapport with colleagues and families alike. This is the base which makes all other areas flourish. My colleagues know that I respect and care about them as individuals and know that I will go out of my way to help them succeed. I avail myself to my colleagues for help, questions, and to discuss topics that go beyond the curriculum.
